Registration Information
The registration fee for ISOM 25 entitles participants to the following items:
- admission to the symposium sessions
- access to the online version of the abstracts
- a printed copy of the book of abstracts
- a certificate of attendance
- morning and afternoon coffee breaks, lunch breaks
- social events except the banquet
Participation to the banquet is optional and priced separately.
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Participants to the ISOM 25 are encouraged to book their accommodation in one of the two hotels, which are offering special rates valid from Monday 7 July until Saturday 12 July, 2025 and are located within walking distance from the symposium venue.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy for Registrations
For cancellations before May 31, 2025, 90% of the fees will be refunded.
For cancellations between June 1, 2025 and June 20, 2025, 75% of the fees will be refunded.
For cancellations after June 20, 2025, no registration fee will be refunded.
Alteration or Cancellation of the Conference
The organizers reserve the right to change the venue and/or speakers and/or program of the conference.
The organizers reserve the right to cancel the conference in case of any unpredictable event. In the event of such a cancellation, the organizers will refund any registration fees paid, and this refund shall be the full extent of the organizers’ liability to the delegate arising out of such cancellation.
Disclaimer
The organizers cannot accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference. Please check the validity of your own personal insurance before traveling.
All conference attendees, speakers, exhibitors and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of any and all individual or corporation presentations and online web content.

The information given to the organizers will be recorded in the organizers’ databases and will be used for administration purposes. Data are collected in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679).

The organizers may take photographs, and include any of these photographs on the symposium website and/or social networks. The participants are not permitted to record any part of the presentations or to take pictures of slides and posters.
