Following the first day of the symposium, a welcome mixer will be held in the Faculty Room of the University of Liege, next to the Aula Magna where the lectures take place.

Wednesday 9 July: Reception at the City Hall
Following the last lecture, participants to the ISOM will be offered a reception by the city authorities in the town hall of Liège, an historical building erected in 1714 in the baroque style and located on one of the most picturesque and busy square of the old town.

Thursday 10 July: Evening Cruise on the River Meuse
Following the last lecture, participants to the ISOM will embark on the Bayard, a spacious cruise ship with two decks that will take them for a 2 hour guided tour to discover the city most iconic districts and bridges from an original perspective by following the river Meuse.

Friday 11 July: Banquet
The ISOM 25 banquet will take place in the ballroom of the Hotel de Selys, a dazzling venue housed in a majestic, medieval mansion steeped in history and located on a small hill flanked by the old city walls, within walking distance from the symposium venue.
